Weekend Reads - Three articles on anxiety.

Below are links to three articles that can be helpful to better understand anxiety. Anxiety disorders (which include generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, OCD and panic disorder) are the most common mental illnesses in the U.S. They affect 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population every year. Anxiety disorders are highly treatable, yet only 36.9% of those suffering receive treatment. Here are three articles on anxiety. The first article encourages us to look at our habits that we take on as a means to reduce the feeling of anxiety. The second article provides info on how breathing can help. And finally, the third one provides history on anxiety & how it has been treated through the years.
